We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.
To access our Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate personal information including full name, date of birth, email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and residential address. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). Do not share your credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility, regardless of whether the actions were authorized by you. You must immediately notify rin4d if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance procedures, we require verification of your identity before processing withdrawals. You must provide a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if necessary to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
rin4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon. We also support e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual banks may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation. rin4d does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your bank account or e-wallet before initiating a deposit.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise agreed.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. VIP tier members may receive expedited processing.
We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if suspicious activity or fraud is suspected.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn.
